Join us for Healing Generations: Protecting Home & Family, presented by the Bolder Way for Forward Utah Valley, GenerationAll, Utah Women & Leadership Project and Angel Advocates. Along with Family Haven, Saprea, and The Refuge Utah, we’ll explore the ways individuals, families, and communities can help protect children and adults, support healthy relationships, and break cycles of harm that can affect generations. This event is for parents and families, community and faith leaders, educators, healthcare and service providers, advocates, and anyone who cares about the safety and well-being of our communities. Come learn, connect, and consider how each of us can play a role in creating stronger families and healthier communities for generations to come. IIn Session 2, Dr. Susan Madsen will present her research, "The Roots of Sexual Violence in Utah: A Framework for Understand Harm." Everyone is welcome.
