Prompt Like a Pro: Make ChatGPT (and AI) Actually Do What You Want is a practical, beginner-friendly, 90-minute AI literacy workshop presented by The Great Friction in partnership with Better Than Coco.

This hands-on session is designed for everyday people who want to get more useful results from AI without needing a technical background. Using ChatGPT as the primary learning environment, participants will learn how to write better prompts, give AI the context and constraints it needs, improve poor responses, recognize hallucinations and verify questionable information, protect sensitive information, and know when human judgment needs to take over.

Participants will also be introduced to AI tools beyond ChatGPT, including Claude and Perplexity. Bring a laptop, tablet, or smartphone. No paid AI subscription is required. Space is limited to 20 participants for a hands-on, small-group experience.
