Dr. Joshua Lively, Curator of Paleontology at the USU Eastern Prehistoric Museum in Price, presents an update on Ankylosaur discoveries in Grand County during the 2026 Field Season. These armored giants include Moab’s Gastonia, who roamed the area with the Utahraptor during the Cretaceous period. Presented by the Utah Friends of Paleontology, the event is free and open to the public. 6 pm, Wednesday, August 26 at the Grand Center, 182 N 500 W in Moab.
