Join educators from the Natural History Museum of Utah and food scientist Jil Bircher as we test and taste the Science of Ice Cream! As a Senior Regulatory Specialist for Cookietree, a CH Guenther company, and with 31 years in food product development, Jil Bircher brings a wealth of knowledge that will help you and your students dive into the delicious chemistry and rich history of ice cream.
