Join Scion’s cidermaker and Certified Pommelier, Rio Connelly, for a special National Cider Month edition of Scion’s free cider education and tasting classes.This class will cover a brief history of hard cider in the United States and discuss the current state of the industry. An optional guided tasting flight of select U.S. ciders will also be available.
