Father's Day at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley

Family celebration is kicking into high gear just in time for Father’s Day at the mountain favorite Remington Hall. On June 21st at 5:00 p.m., Grand Hyatt Deer Valley’s on-property restaurant will serve the East Village’s most thoughtfully curated multi-course prix-fixe menu.

Designed by the culinary team to highlight the season’s finest ingredients, course highlights include a smoked trout rillettes appetizer, filet mignon, and seared scallop entrées, with desserts ranging from cinnamon crème brûlée to bourbon bread pudding. Each course showcases rich flavors, with an optional whiskey pairing by Alpine Distilling — an exceptional way to honor Dad.
