Sheep Parade

21st Anniversary Cedar Livestock and Heritage Festival - Sheep Parade, travels down Cedar City Main Street from about 200 S to 400 N. The Sheep Parade is the highlight of the Cedar Livestock & Heritage Festival. Horses, wagons, antique tractors, bag pipe bands, youth groups, stock dogs, and historic and modern sheep camps also will take part in the procession. Approximately 1,000 head of sheep will be herded from Cedar Mountain pastures down Cedar City's Main Street, providing an exciting glimpse of the Old West and its livestock heritage to spectators along the route. Additional events happen throughout the weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) at Cross Hollows Event Center (11 N Cross Hollows Dr, Cedar City). Other events include Antique Tractor and Horse Pulls, Cowboy Poetry and Music, Ranch Rodeo, Quilts, Cars, Hands-on Activities, Dutch Oven Contest, Vendors, Sheep Parade, and more.
