Discover a unique way to combine technology and traditional art! In this innovative workshop, you’ll learn how to sublimate high-quality artwork onto a laminate sheet and then create "leading" using glue guns to create a stunning faux stained glass effect. The result is a vibrant, textured masterpiece that catches the light and mimics the look of classic stained glass artwork. This class will be a great introduction to sublimation printing that we have available in Orem Library's Makerspace. Sublimation prints can be used to transfer photos or art on a variety of projects from T-shirts, mugs, canvas, ornaments, garden flags, etc. Using lamination sheets as a base is a way to use sublimation on non-traditional mediums like glass or wood. Cost: $5 (Covers sublimation stained glass prints, lamination sheets, glue sticks, and cording) Location: Library Hall - Sorenson Legacy Room For Orem City’s privacy policy, please click here .
