WCG Farm to Table Dinner

Join us for our inaugural Farm-to-Table Dinner on Thursday, September 24 at City Farm. Chef Liza Saracini of Florabelle Food will create a three-course seasonal menu featuring produce grown by farmers at WCG’s Farm Incubator Group Site and other local farms. Your evening includes a tour of our certified-organic City Farm, dinner under the greenhouse lights, live music, a signature cocktail or mocktail, and stories about the food on your plate and the farmers who grew it. Every ticket supports WCG’s programs empowering thousands of people across Salt Lake County to grow and eat healthy, organic, local food. All produce served at the dinner will come from local farmers, including WCG’s City Farm, with every farm receiving full market value for their produce.
