Recess on Main - The Wines of Burgundy

Explore with our authentic (not an actor) French Professor, Olivier Peronnet, the beautiful vineyards of Burgundy, while sipping wines as you hear centuries-old stories about the area and hear about the vineyards his family grows. Discover how this iconic region's terroir, (aka growing region) transforms grapes into white and red poetry. Expect a little je ne sais quoi magic in every sip. Fox School of Wine invites you to a fun-filled, guided wine tasting in Park City. Executive Sommelier and Fox School of Wine Headmistress, Kirsten Fox, and her Wine Professors will present a well-paced tasting of five, approachable, under-$45 hidden gem wines that you may have overlooked in the aisles at your local liquor store. You'll receive a tasting pour of each wine, stories and history about the winery, grapes, and region, food pairing ideas... plus our signature Blind Tasting Challenge, when we pour you a taste of a wine you've already explored in class to see if you can guess which one it is.
