Speaker Series with Lecia Pearson

Lecia Pearson has found that a solid business solution is born from necessity. As the mother of a daughter with Williams Syndrome, she understands the reality of 24-hour care—the constant medical needs, underlying worry, deep emotional drain and difficulty navigating the world of special needs. It was this personal journey—combined with a degree in biology, an MBA, and experience in medical device sales—that led her to co-found LiliSare. Together, with her business partner Carolina Townsend, who is also a special needs parent, they built LiliSare to be the resource they wished they’d had from day one. LiliSare helps family members become paid caregivers of home health and Medicaid services for their relatives with special needs in Colorado. Lecia’s commitment to advocacy led her to serve on the board of directors at Skycliff Center, a non-profit day program in Colorado, and as the Rocky Mountain Regional Chair for the Williams Syndrome Association. When she isn’t advocating for her community, you can find her checking out properties on Zillow or hitting the trails on her e-mountain bike.
