Join Heritage Craft Butchers and Clear Water Distilling for a guided tasting journey through the world of premium beef and spirits.

This educational tasting experience will take guests from classic USDA Prime Black Angus to American Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, a surprise premium tasting, and finally authentic Japanese A5 Wagyu. Each course will be paired with a curated spirit tasting from Clear Water Distilling and guided by discussion around genetics, grading, craftsmanship, flavor, texture, and production.

Wagyu & Whiskey is designed for guests who want more than a meal. It is an evening of discovery, comparison, craftsmanship, and unforgettable flavor.
